Studio Jas is a one-person practice. I help teams work better — designing off-sites for remote tech teams, building systems for small non-tech businesses, and getting local businesses online.
What I do
Each offering has its own page and its own audience — so whoever lands here finds exactly what they need.

My background is in product and operations, which means I think a lot about structure, timing, and what happens after the meeting ends. I care about follow-through — not just what gets said in the room, but whether it actually goes anywhere. That part of my brain never really turns off.
But I also care deeply about how things feel. How a gathering lands. Whether a system actually fits the people using it. Whether a website feels honest about who you are. The three offerings here are different in form, but they come from the same place: caring about how things work and how they feel to the people in them.
AI can generate an agenda, suggest a tool stack, or produce a website in seconds. What it can't do is understand your team, your business, or your situation — and make judgment calls based on that. That's what I do.
