Experience design practice
I help small teams run better offsites, untangle their workflows, and build client experiences that feel considered — through facilitation, hospitality, and tools that actually fit.

Services
I design experiences that help people work and gather well. The work lives somewhere between team rituals, operational ease, and hospitality — the parts that don't usually get a designer.
A focused engagement for small teams that feel scattered, overloaded, or overdue for a reset. Together, we map the current experience, redesign one key workflow or gathering, and create a simple system the team can actually keep using.
Learn more → Facilitation & designI help design offsites, retreats, and gatherings that feel considered from arrival to closing. That includes flow, energy, pacing, facilitation, and the small details that make the whole thing feel like it was meant to happen.

Discover
We talk about what's actually going on: the team, the moment, the tension. I ask a lot of questions. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
Design
I draft a proposed structure (agenda, workflow, system, or arc) with rationale. We refine it together until it fits your specific situation, not a template.
Facilitate
I'm present for the actual experience: reading the room, adjusting in real time, keeping things grounded so participants can focus on the work.
Hand off
A synthesis, a lightweight system, or a ritual to carry the work forward. Every engagement ends with something that keeps working after I leave.
Who I work with
Selected work
Designed and facilitated a gathering for a team of 18 that had been running hard and needed to realign. Left with clearer priorities and three rituals they still use.
Rebuilt the client intake, project tracking, and communication systems for a 6-person event firm. Reduced coordination time by half in the first month.
Mapped and rebuilt the end-to-end client journey from first inquiry to final delivery, so the process felt as considered as the work itself.
About
Across product work, team collaboration, events, and creative projects, I keep returning to the same question: how does this feel for the people inside it?
My practice is rooted in experience design: shaping workflows, gatherings, and touchpoints so they actually feel good to be inside of. I work best with small teams where trust travels fast and the work can be specific to what's actually needed.
I also DJ — reading a room, tracking the energy, and shaping what a moment becomes. Listen on SoundCloud →
